This is an obviously simple but killer idea. Print faces on the side of a hood, make Headhoods. Brilliant. All of the heads are printed on American Apparel sweatshirts with your choice of zip-up, a fitted pullover, or sleeveless. My only complaint is the selection is pretty limited, but will hopefully grow. All are $60 here.

“To celebrate the opening of Armani Exchange’s new shop on Regent Street, Dazed & Confused’s Matt Irwin spent several days following nearly twenty of today’s most sought-after young models around London and New York.” Watch Here
I’ve been dreading it for the past couple of weeks, but its here: The time has come to touch on fall fashion. I know- Fall is a four letter word right now right? It’s hard to think about letting those babydoll dresses and wedge sandals go just yet, but not to worry, you’ll soon be looking chic and sophisticated in this great new plaid bustier from Victora’s Secret. You can find this top and more great fall fashion must-haves in their new arrival section at (it seems redundant to actually spell out the website given that we are talking about every woman’s guilty pleasure). victoriassecret.com.
This is kind of like a Myspace for fashion junkies, and its pretty cool. You can sign up to get a profile on this site (its free) and upload pictures of yourself, or anything that demonstrates your style. People can leave you comments, and you can create a unique profile. You can also surf through other people’s profiles to check out what the styles are in a range of other cities from Milan to Los Angeles. I don’t know how the rest of the world feels, but to me, Myspace is getting old, I’m movin to FashionRiot.com!
It’s not every day you score a find like this. Designer Dace Moore started ‘Dace’ in Spring 2002, in British Columbia. Her designs are clean, classic, sexy, and overall unique. Shown above is the ‘Rocket Top’ with micro-polka-dot print cotton and contrasting belt, sells for $106. shop dace
This is so awesome- IndieDesingerLabels.com is a directory of independent designer websites, with categories that range from beauty products, to vintage clothing, and more.
What’s so hot about it is that on these sites, you’ll find stuff that you probably would never be able to find anywhere else- which means that girl who copies your every mannerism (so annoying!) won’t be able to get what you have (just don’t tell her where you got it). Link
I accidentally stumbled onto this website, and it’s kind of cool. They have all kinds of stars, musicians, and athletes that you can pick out clothes, makeup and hairstyles for. There’s really no point to this except that its kind of fun to do if you’re bored. I did a paper doll of Paris Hilton, but to my dismay, they didn’t have an orange jumpsuit to put her in. Stardoll
According to Reuters, Fendi’s next fashion show will be this October on The Great Wall Of China. Either their revealing a killer new collection of they’re just looking to pull a major hot PR stunt. Whatever the reason, it’s crazy cool. The video shown below is from Fendi’s Fall/Winter 2007-08 collection shown in Milan about 3 months ago.
Now Ralph Lauren is taking ‘window shopping’ to a new, literal level . Sarah Jessica Parker launched a new affordable clothing line called “Bitten” for Steve and Barry’s. I’ve Never heard of Steve and Barry’s, but you can preview her line at Bittensjp.com. Who would have thought the woman who played the famous Carrie on Sex ant the City (love her), who spent an easy thousand bucks for a pair of Manolo Blahniks on the show would come out with a clothing line that’s affordable and luxurious? On the Oprah Winfrey show where she unveiled her line, she says, “High quality, luxurious clothes do not need to cost as much as we’ve been led to think.” This is definitely worth checking out!
A collaboration between Intel and Ziba Design has resulted in the world’s thinnest laptop (and deadly sweet looking), dubbed the ‘Mobile Metro’ for now. On the outside shell you can see the second display it will have, with the whole laptop being only 0.7-inches thick and weighing in at only 2.25 lbs making it one of the lightest too.
Anyway, his stuff is still prime, UO’s needs work. Most of the shirts are limited editions and will run you around $35.99 - belts, necklaces and other stuff is also for sale.
